Burrata and Roasted Tomatoes

Made with cherry tomatoes and featuring crispy bread and delectable cheese, this treat makes a perfect snack or appetizer.
– Olive oil – White wine vinegar – Sea salt – Black pepper – Cherry tomatoes – Garlic cloves – Baguette
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
Mix in the cherry tomatoes gently stir to coat. Arrange the tomatoes, cut side up with the garlic cloves on the sheet pan.
Roast the tomatoes and garlic for 25-30 minutes until the tomatoes are wrinkled, but still juicy.
For the bread, arrange the baguette slices on another sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes.
