This seafood boil recipe is one of our favorite recipes that’s made at home! It’s loaded with shrimp, crab, andouille sausage, potatoes and corn on the cob. It is packed with all the cajun flavors associated with seafood boils! For the show stopper, the garlic butter sauce leaves all the other ingredients dripping in yummy melted butter. You will enjoy the extra garlic flavor combined with hot sauce and more Cajun seasonings!

For the Cajun seafood boil you’ll need: water, Cajun & Old bay seasonings, potatoes, corn on the cob, snow crab leg clusters, large shrimp and andouille sausage. For the garlic butter sauce: unsalted butter, garlic, Cajun & Old bay seasonings and fresh parsley.

How to Make a Seafood Boil Recipe

First, you want to start by preparing the boil. In a large pot or Dutch oven, over medium-high heat, combine the water and the beer (if using). Once the water has come to a boil, add in the halved potatoes and corn. Allow them to boil for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender. Preheat the oven to 375°.

To a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, layer all the ingredients you’ll be using. We started by adding the snow crab clusters, shrimp, sausage, potatoes and corn.

Now it’s time to start on the garlic butter! In a medium bowl, over medium heat, add in the melted butter, garlic, Old Bay & Cajun seasonings as well as the parsley. Stir until combined.

Pour the garlic butter over the top of the ingredients & toss together. Our recipe developer doubled the recipe and used a pastry brush to ensure all the ingredients were covered in the delicious sauce before serving. Bake for about 15 minutes until shrimp is fully cooked. Serve, and enjoy!
