Baked Sausage and Pears

Sausage and pear sheet pan dinner is a parent’s dream when it comes to busy weeknights. Simply toss sweet pears, hearty potatoes, and colorful carrots with olive oil and seasoning and top with sausage links. Bake for 30 minutes, and you’ve got dinner ready for your entire family. Don’t forget to add honey for a subtly sweet caramelization on your veggies… it’s the best part.

Anjou Pears (Red & Green) Red Onion Fingerling Potatoes Baby Carrots Fresh Sage & Rosemary Honey Olive Oil Salt & Pepper to taste Pork Sausage Links

Sheet Pan Meal: Sausage and Pears

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400℉. Step 2: Add the pears, potatoes, carrots, onion, sage, and rosemary to a large mixing bowl.

Step 3:  Drizzle the honey and olive oil over the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and generously season with salt and pepper. Toss the ingredients together until everything is evenly coated with spices and herbs. Step 4: Transfer the veggies and pears mixture to a large sheet pan. Place the sausages evenly around the sheet pan.

Step 5:  Bake for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and the sausages are cooked through.
