Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Greens: Wash and de-stem the kale, then chop it into bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl, combine the kale and the thinly sliced red cabbage. If desired, gently massage the kale with a tiny drizzle of olive oil or dressing for about one minute to tenderize it.
Step 2: Combine the Ingredients: Add the halved Black and Red Table Grapes, thinly sliced red onion, chopped walnuts, and shredded carrots to the bowl with the greens.
Step 3: Dress and Toss: Pour 1/4 cup of balsamic vinaigrette over the salad. Toss gently to ensure all the greens and toppings are evenly coated. Add more dressing, up to 1/2 cup, if you prefer a wetter salad.
