Strawberry Dirty Soda
Strawberry soda is made "dirty" with ginger ale instead of club soda and swirled with muddled strawberries on the bottom and creamy half and half on top. Garnish with a strawberry slice and bright green mint for a refreshingly fizzy pink drink.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Naturipe® strawberries sliced (leave a couple whole for garnish)
- 2 cups ginger ale chilled
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons half and half
- mint garnish
Instructions
- Muddle strawberry slices (leave a few slices aside to float in the drink). Place the sliced, fresh strawberries on the bottom of a large serving glass. Gently press down on the strawberries with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release the juice.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and the leftover sliced strawberries.
- Slowly pour the chilled ginger ale into the glass.
- Top with half and half and genlty stir to combine the flavors.
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim and a sprig of mint (optional). Serve and enjoy!
