Ingredients
1headcauliflower
1cupbroccoli
1/2cupred pepperssliced or diced
1/2cuponions sliced or diced
1tspgingerminced
2tspgarlicminced
2tspred pepper flakes
2tsplight soy or amino acids
1tspOlive Oil
Instructions
If you are breaking down your own cauliflower, carefully do so with a cheese grater. If you are using a food processor, break the pieces down using the pulse feature.
Add oil to a frypan and heat on medium high.
Add your cauliflower and stir until the moisture evaporates.
Add all veggies, ginger, garlic and soy or amino.
Stir well ensuring that the entire mixture is coated.
Serve solo or with a protein.
Notes
You can also substitute the head of cauliflower with 2 cups of already “riced’ cauliflower
