1lbWada Farms Red Potatoeswashed and halved
2ears of corneach cut into 3 pieces
1lblarge shrimpraw, deveined, tail on
16oz.andouille sausagecut into pieces
1lb.crab legs
1cunsalted butter
5tbspgarlicminced
2tbspOld bay seasoning
2tbspCajun seasoning
Instructions
In a large pot, add corn and potatoes, bring to a boil and boil over medium high heat for about 15 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. Drain corn and potatoes. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 400°,
On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place crab legs, shrimp, sausage, potatoes and corn as evenly as you can.
Next, in a medium bowl, whisk together the butter, garlic and seasonings. Pour over the top or brush on with a pastry brush.
Bake for about 15 minutes until shrimp is fully cooked.
