4cupsCalifornia table grapesgreen, black or red
2tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
2tablespoonssherry vinegar
1/4 teaspoonkosher salt
fresh ground black pepper
A few sprigs of rosemary
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425℉.
Add the grapes to a baking sheet, on or off the stem. Toss the grapes with the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and a good grind of black pepper. Put the rosemary sprigs on top of the grapes.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the grape skins start to burst and char.
Remove the grapes from the oven and serve with chicken or pork, as a topper on crostinis, or over a creamy spread of whipped cheese.
