Instructions
Cheese Ball
Use a mixer to combine the butter, cream cheese, and shredded Asiago cheese until smooth. Add in the minced garlic and chives and mix until combined.
Use your hands to form a ball.
Add pomegranate arils to a plate. Then, roll the cheese ball in the arils until the surface of the cheese ball is covered. Use your hands to fill in any bare spots with more arils.
Tightly cover your pomegranate-covered cheese ball in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 60 minutes or until firm.
Garnish
Add the Rolo to the top to create the stem. Top the Rolo with a sprig of thyme and serve with crackers and veggie slices.
