2-3 red + green anjou pearssliced
15ozRicotta
1tspOlive Oil
1tspHimalayan Pink Salt, or flaky sea salt
2TbspHot honey
2tspLemon zest
1tspThymechopped
Instructions
Place the ricotta, salt, and olive oil into a food processor blend on high for 2-3 minutes, scraping down the sides half way through until the ricotta is smooth, creamy and fluffy.
Spread the ricotta in a shallow bowl and drizzle 2 tablespoons of the hot honey overtop. Garnish with the thyme and lemon zest. Optional: Use a toothpick or the back of a spoon to swirl the top.
Add the bowl to a platter with the sliced red and green anjou pears. Serve and enjoy!
