Ingredients
1 ½cupswhole milk or half & halfuse whole milk for a lighter texture, half & half for a richer creamer
2Tablespoonspumpkin pureemake sure it's 100% pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling
2Tablespoonspure maple syrup
1teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
½teaspooncinnamon
Instructions
Combine Ingredients: Pour the milk (or half & half), pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon into a small saucepan.
Heat and Whisk: Whisk the mixture continuously over medium-high heat for about 1 minute. You are aiming to warm the creamer and dissolve the spices; do not let it come to a boil.
Cool and Store: Remove the pan from the heat and let the creamer cool completely. Once cool, transfer it to an airtight container (a jar works great). Store in the refrigerator.
Enjoy: Shake the creamer well before using, as the spices and pumpkin tend to settle at the bottom. Use generously in your morning coffee!
