Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400℉).
Wash the apples under cool running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the apples into rings and brush each side with oil.
Whisk together the honey, unsalted melted butter, bourbon, and cinnamon in a small bowl until combined.
When the grill is hot, put the apple rings directly on the grill grates and brush with the honey bourbon glaze. Grill for 4 minutes, until grill marks appear. Then, flip the apple rings and repeat on the other side.
Remove the apples from the grill. Top them with a dusting of cinnamon, sprinkle walnut pieces, drizzle with honey, and serve!
