Ingredients
30oz.frozen hash browns
16oz.sour cream
10.5oz.cream of mushroom soup
6tbspsalted buttermelted
1tbspsalt
1/2tbspblack pepper
2ccheddar cheesefreshly shredded
2ccorn flakescrushed
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°. Pre-grease baking dish.
In a medium size bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, butter, salt and pepper.
In a large bowl or casserole dish, mix together the hash browns with the sour cream mixture and half of the cheddar cheese. If using a bowl, place the hash brown mixture into the casserole dish in an even layer.
Top with remaining cheese and crushed corn flakes cereal.
Place in the oven and bake uncovered for about 45 minutes.
