Turn a simple grape snack into a decadent grape truffle with just three ingredients in under 20 minutes. Three ingredients + three flavors = a super easy nutritious grape appetizer.
Rinse the California grapes, and gently dry with a paper towel.
Cover each grape with about one teaspoon of goat cheese. Use your palms to gently form a ball and place it on a serving platter. Repeat with all of your grapes.
Chill the goat cheese-covered grapes in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Prepare the toppings: Crush the pistachios and walnuts, and shred the chocolate if needed, and add to separate bowls.
When chilled, roll the grapes in your favorite toppings, pierce with a toothpick, and put them on a tray to serve!
