Ingredients
1-1 1/2lbsAUTUMNCRISP® grapes to roast
1/2fresh AUTUMNCRISP® grapeshalved for garnish
5sprigsthymeadditional for garnish
3teaspoonsolive oil
3tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
garnish: balsamic glaze
2smallbaguettesthin slices
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425℉.
Use kitchen scissors to separate the grapes into small clusters. Then, arrange the grape cluster in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Top with sprigs of fresh thyme.
Drizzle the grapes with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast the grapes for 10-15 minutes until the skin becomes crisp.
Place the balls of burrata cheese and roasted grape clusters onto a board or serving platter.
Garnish with halved AUTUMNCRISP® grapes and thyme, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Arrange the sliced baguette onto the board and serve!
