Instructions
Make a cut the length of the date and remove the pit. Place pitted dates on a plate and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, honey, and lemon zest with a spatula until combined.
Using a small spoon or piping bag, stuff the dates with the mascarpone filling (about 1-2 teaspoons per date).
Top each date with a North Bay Reserve Blueberry, dust with cinnamon, and voilá, it's ready to serve!
