Ingredients
2largeAnjou Pears (1 red and 1 green)cored and cut into thin slices
1largered onioncut into wedges
1 1/2pound fingerling potatoes
1/2poundbaby carrots
2tablespoonsfresh sagechopped
2tablespoonsfresh rosemarychopped
2tablespoonshoney
3tablespoonsolive oil
1/2teaspoonsaltor to taste
1/2teaspoonpepperor to taste

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400℉.
Add the pears, potatoes, carrots, onion, sage, and rosemary to a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle the honey and olive oil over the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and generously season with salt and pepper. Toss the ingredients together until everything is evenly coated with spices and herbs.
Transfer the veggies and pears mixture to a large sheet pan. Place the sausages evenly around the sheet pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and the sausages are cooked through.
Notes
For easy cleanup, line your baking sheet with aluminum foil to prevent food from getting baked into the pan.
