Instructions
Grab your knife and a cutting board. Use your knife to cut two slices of each block of cheese, into 1/2 inch wide pieces. You should have 2 pieces of cheddar cheese and 2 pieces of colby jack cheese. Set them aside.
Use your knife to cut the deli turkey and ham into ½ or ¼ inch slices. Make sure that the meat pieces are large enough to wrap around the cheese and apple slices. Set the cut deli meat pieces aside.
Lay a piece of deli meat on your cutting board or work space and put an apple slice on the edge of a piece of deli meat. Then put a cheese slice on top of the apple slice.
Fold the deli meat over, on both sides, to wrap the piece of cheese and the apple slice. If you have some extra deli meat hanging at the bottom, fold it under the wrap.
