2Envy™ apples
4ozcrumbled gorgonzola
1/4cuptoasted pecansfinely chopped
1/4cupdried cranberriesfinely chopped
lemon thymefor garnish
honeyto drizzle
Instructions
Cut Envy™ apples into thin slices. Place the slices evenly on a serving platter to serve as the "bread", with the stem attached.
Mix the gorgonzola, pecans, and dried cranberries in a small mixing bowl.
Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each apple slice and genlty spread evenly.
Garnish each slice with lemon thyme.
Drizzle with honey and serve.
Notes
If you use raw honey that you scoop out with a spoon, move the spoon back and forth the same way you would with a bottle of honey.
