Ingredients
1Acorn Squashcut into 1" thick half moon pieces
⅓cupOlive Oilyou can also use Avocado Oil or butter
Salt & Pepper to Taste.
Instructions
Slice the squash in half, and remove the seeds. Place cut side down on a cutting board and divide into 1" thick half moon shapes.
Using a basting brush, coat the acorn squash pieces on both side with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and paper.
Arrange the seasoned squash slices in an even layer in the basket of your air fryer. Cook at 370°F for 10 minutes.
Remove the basket, and flip the slices. Return the basket to the air fryer and cook at 370°F for 8-10 minutes more.
