Ingredients
1/2cupfreshly squeezed orange juice
1/2cupsugar
1/2cupdried cranberries
2tbspbalsamic vinegar
8ozbrie cheese
1/4cuppomegranate arils
1/4cupwalnutschopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place brie on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
While the brie is baking, combine orange juice, sugar, cranberries, and balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat for ten minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly. Stir occasionally.
Remove brie from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Spoon cranberry-citrus sauce over the brie and top with pomegranate arils and walnuts.
