Ingredients

North Bay Produce Brussels sprouts
1
medium red onion
julienned
4
slices
thick bacon
cut into 1-inch pieces
1
lemon
juiced
1
tsp
olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese
to sprinkle on top as the finishing touch
Instructions
Halve Brussels sprouts.
Toss sprouts, onion, and bacon in bowl with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Fry at 350F in air fryer for 10-12 minutes, checking half way and shaking the basket.
Plate and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
