Ingredients
1cupall-purpose flour
1tspbaking powder
1/2 cupsmooth peanut butter
2bananas
2eggs
4tbspwater
1/2cupshredded Carrots
canned whipped cream
12dog treats
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Sift together flour and baking powder. Set aside.
In large bowl or standing mixer, mix together peanut butter, bananas, eggs, and water until well combined.
Add the flour mixture into the wet mixture and mix until smooth.
Fold in the carrot shreds.
Fill cupcake liners about two-thirds of the way full and bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Bake mini cupcakes for 8-10 minutes.
Remove cupcakes for the oven and allow them to cool completely. Once cooled, top with whipped cream and garnish with a small dog treat.
Notes
Do not use peanut butter that contains xylitol, which can be toxic to dogs.
