3ribsDandy® Celerydiced
1white oniondiced
2Carrotspeeled and diced

3/4cupgreen beans
1tbspItalian seasoning
115 oz cancrushed tomatoes
6cupschicken stock*sub vegetable stock to make soup vegetarian
salt and pepperto taste
2bay leaves
115 oz cancannellini beansdrained and rinsed *can sub kidney beans
1zucchinidiced
1cupditalini pasta*can sub elbow macaroni
shredded parmesan cheesefor serving
Instructions
Add celery, onion, carrots, garlic, green beans, Italian seasoning, tomatoes, chicken stock, salt, pepper, and bay leaves to a slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours.
Add in the cannellini beans, zucchini, and pasta and cook on high for 20 minutes.
Serve hot and top with parmesan cheese.
Notes
If you are using frozen or canned green beans, add them in step two instead of step one.
