Instructions
Preheat oven to 435 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat and set it aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together oil, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, and caraway seeds. Brush cabbage quarters with the mustard mixture on all sides.
Place cabbage on a prepared baking sheet and bake covered in foil for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, uncover the cabbage and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cabbage begins to brown.
