2 8ozbags Dandy® Radish Coins
1 1/2cupapple cider vinegar
1 1/2cupwater
6tablespoonhoney
4teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonred pepper flakes
2teaspoonwhole mustard seeds
2teaspooncoriander seeds
Instructions
Pack the Dandy® Radish Coins into a 16 oz mason jar. Top the rounds with red pepper flakes, mustard seeds and coriander seeds.
Prepare the brine: In a small saucepan, combine the apple cider vinegar, water, honey and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil and stir occasionally. Pour the mixture over the radish coins in the mason jar.
Let the mixture cool to room temperature. You can serve the pickled radishes immediately or cover and refrigerate for later.
