Ingredients
16oz.Strawberrieswashed and dried
10oz.White melting chocolate
RedGreen, yellow food coloring
Candy eyes
Black icing writer/pen
Instructions
Start by dividing melting the chocolate in the microwave in :30 second increments until melted and smooth.
Next, divide the white chocolate into 3 bowls.
Next, add food coloring to make green melted chocolate. We used about 12 drops.
Once the white chocolate is the color you are looking for, dip the strawberry into the chocolate and immediately add candy eyes. If icing hardens too fast, just add a little melted chocolate to the eyes as a glue. Repeat the process for as many Frankenstein strawberries as you’d like to create.
Use writing gel to add the details!
Next, make orange chocolate. Mix red and yellow food coloring to make orange. We used 7 drops of yellow and 4 drops of red.
Once the strawberry is covered in orange chocolate, use the black icing writer to add details.
To recreate a strawberry ghost, dip in white chocolate, add candy eyes and either a black sprinkle or the icing writer to create the mouth and any details you wish!
