Once you have your hard boiled egg cooled and peeled, slice the eggs in half.
Remove the yolk and set aside in a bowl. Repeat until your eggs are just the egg white.
In a bowl, pour beet juice until it’s 3/4 of the way full. Carefully place a few of the egg whites in the bowl. Use a fork to “dunk” each egg so that it colors the egg evenly. Allow to sit for 3-5 minutes to achieve a dark color. The longer you let the egg white sit, the darker the color will become.
Using a fork, set the hard boiled egg on paper towels and allow to dry completely.
