Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to a pan large enough to spread the chickpeas out. Place the pan in the oven to get hot (approximately 10 min).
Toss chickpeas, seasonings and 1tbsp oil in a bowl and make sure they are coated well.
Carefully add the chickpeas to the hot pan. Let bake for 25 minutes.
