Ingredients
1ozGeneverGin will also work
1ozFresh Squeezed Orange Juice
1ozSpiced Cranberry Syrup
2-3ozProsecco
6Whole Cranberriesto garnish
1Orange Twistto garnish
Instructions
Combine Genever, Orange, and syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake.
Strain into a champagne flute.
Top with Prosecco.
Garnish with frozen whole cranberries and an orange twist.
Notes
To Make the Spiced Cranberry SyrupIn a pot on the stove, combine 2 cups water, 1 cup whole cranberries, juice of half an orange, 3 whole cinnamon sticks, and 1 tablespoon whole cloves. Bring to a simmer and continue heating until cranberries pop. Crush cranberries to release juices. Strain well. Return to pot and bring to a simmer. Stir in 1 cup granulated sugar. Let cool. Store in the fridge.
