Blueberry Guacamole Pinwheels

Ingredients

flour tortilla (10” or burrito size)
1/2
cup
guacamole
1
cup
Naturipe blueberries
rinsed in cold water
Instructions
Using a spatula or spoon, coat 1 side of the tortilla with the guacamole.
Evenly distribute the blueberries on top of the guacamole, applying light pressure with your hands so the berries “stick” to the tortilla.
Roll up the tortilla tightly.
Cut the tortillas into 5 - 8 slices, approximately 2” - 1.5” thickness is ideal.
Secure the pinwheels with a toothpick or arrange tightly on a serving tray to maintain shape.
Notes
Yield: 5-8 snack size pinwheels, approximately 4 servings
