Super Green Smoothie

Ingredients

pineapple
chunks

frozen, peeled & cut in chunks

kiwi
peeled

tsp
orange zest
(optional)

flaxseed
ground
1
cup
kale
baby
1
cup
soy milk
can substitute almond milk, non-fat milk, or coconut water
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor & blend until smooth.
Serve cold, or over ice. ENJOY!
