Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mango, jicama, shallot, jalapeƱos, red pepper, and blueberries.
Add the lemon juice and salt and gently mix.
Place salsa in serving dish and top with cilantro. Serve with cinnamon pita chips.
