Add half of the water and sugar to a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Add plumsicles and simmer until the fruit is tender. Approximately 1-2 minutes.
Allow the plumsicle mixture to cool slightly. Add to blender with the remaining water and blend until smooth. Add the wine during this step if you are making winesicles.
Pour mixture into ice pop molds and place in the freezer. Allow 4-6 hours to freeze. Enjoy!
