Sweet Baked Brie with Pomegranates, Cranberries, and Walnuts


Your tastebuds will go wild for this melt-in-your-mouth sweet baked brie recipe with pomegranate arils, walnuts, and a cranberry-citrus sauce.

With just a few simple ingredients, you can make this impressive dish in thirty minutes or less. The result is an ooey-gooey wheel of brie covered with a cranberry-citrus sauce.


– Freshly squeezed orange juice – Sugar – Dried cranberries – Balsamic vinegar – Brie cheese – Pomegranate arils – Walnuts

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


Place brie on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine orange juice, sugar, cranberries, and balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan. Heat for ten minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly.
