Mixed Berry Crumble Bars


This Mixed Berry Crumble Bars recipe has a touch of sweetness from the berries and a tang from the lemon!

The crust is super simple to create and topped with an easy lemon glaze that puts this dessert recipe over the top!

– Old fashioned rolled Oats – Gluten Free baking “flour” – Light brown sugar – Ground ginger – Salt – Unsalted butter


Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, ginger, and salt.


Pour in the melted butter, and stir until it forms clumps.

Set aside 1/2 cup of the crumble mixture, then press the rest into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Scatter half of the berries over the crust.
