These Roasted Pumpkin Seeds have been a family favorite every fall. This is a recipe that Lori’s Father use to make and is made with simple ingredients.
– 2 C Pumpkin Seeds washed and dried – 2 TBSP Butter – 1 TSP Salt – 1 TSP Black Pepper
Step 1 Pre heat oven to 400°. In a medium bowl, place the pumpkin seeds, butter, salt and pepper.
Step 2 Mix the pumpkin seeds until combined.
Step 3 Place on a baking sheet ensuring the pumpkin seeds are in an even layer.
Step 4 Place in a pre-heated 400° oven and bake for 5 minutes for smaller seeds or up to 20 minutes for larger seeds. When the seeds begin to turn a light brown color, they are done baking, remove from the oven and allow to cool.
