– North Bay Produce blueberries – almond flour – sweetener – make sure to use a 0 calorie sweetener – oat milk – you can also use unsweetened almond milk if you prefer – eggs – baking powder – salt – cinnamon
Step 1 Preheat the oven to 350°. Line or grease a muffin tin.
Step 2 Stir all dry ingredients very well (almond flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon).
Step 3 Then add in oat milk and eggs, and stir to combine.
Step 4 Scoop the batter into the muffin tins half way up. Add in a few blueberries per muffin and cover with more batter. Place some blueberries into the top of each muffin batter.
Step 4 Bake for approximately 16 minutes on the center rack (if you are doing mini muffins then you will bake for approximately 12-13 minutes).
