Pumpkin butter tastes a lot like pumpkin pie and is ready to enjoy in under 20 minutes! This recipe is great for giving as gifts to those you love during the fall and winter!

– Pumpkin Puree – apple juice – ground ginger – ground cloves – ground cinnamon – ground nutmeg – white sugar

Step 1 In a medium sauce pan of medium high heat, place all of the ingredients and stir to combine.

Step 2 Bring the mixture to a boil, and reduce heat. Allow to simmer for 20 minutes or until the mixture has thickened.

Step 3 Place is mason jars, and store in the refrigerator.

It is great on  a variety of breads, waffles, pancakes, English muffins, and biscuits. You can also mix it with granola or add it to a smoothie. We also love topping our yogurt or ice cream with this recipe.
