– 1 Cup of Strawberries – 1 Cup of Blueberries – 2 Lemons – 1 Cup of Water

Step 1 Blend one cup of blueberries. Add some of water if needed to make the blueberries move freely around the blender. Add blended blueberries to popsicle forms while sticking in a popsicle stick. Freeze for 30 minutes.

Step 2 While blueberry layer is in the freezer, make the strawberry layer and refrigerate.

Step 3 Next squeeze the juice of two lemons into a cup of water. Refrigerate until needed.

Step 4 add the lemon layer to the popsicle mold and then freeze for about 1 - 2 hours or until frozen solid. Finally, add the blended strawberries mixture to the popsicle mold. Freeze again for another hour or so to make sure it is solid before serving.
