– Wada Farms sweet potatoes (I used 6 for this recipe to fill a 12″ cast iron skillet) – butter – garlic – olive oil – kosher salt – black pepper – rosemary

Step 1 Start by preheating your oven to 350°. Next, using a mandolin, slice the sweet potatoes. We started by slicing 4 sweet potatoes and ended up slicing two more to fill the 12″ cast iron skillet. Depending on the size of the sweet potatoes and skillet, you may need more or less.
