– 1 spaghetti squash – Parmesan cheese optional – fresh herbs optional
Step 1 Slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise.
Step 2 Scoop out the seeds.
Step 3 Place one half of the squash (scooped out side face up) in a microwave safe container (do not cover), and fill the hollowed cavity with water.
Step 4 Place the other half of the squash on top.
Step 5 Microwave for 10 minutes or until the skin is soft and pliable to the touch. Cool, scoop and serve. Top with your choice of herbs and parmesan cheese if desired.
