You’ll love this recipe for Cranberry Biscotti. It’s a wonderful way to end Christmas dinner. We recommend serving with coffee.

Ingredients

butter

sugar

all-purpose flour

kosher salt

eggs

baking powder

How to Make this Cranberry Biscotti:

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Using the paddle attachment, cream the butter and sugar. When creamed, it should be very light colored, like off-white.

Add the eggs and egg yolk, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder. Add to the butter mixture and beat to combine.

Stir in the dried cranberries and chocolate chips. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and divide it in half. Form each half into a log about 12 inches long.
