Ingredients

Cranberry Simple Syrup – 1 bag fresh cranberries – 1 cup sugar – 1 cup water Cocktail – 4 ounces cranberry simple syrup – 2 clementine orange wedges – 4 ounces gin *choose a gin with a strong juniper flavor – 4 ounces ginger beer – 6 leaves mint Garnish – 2 springs mint – orange peel

Step 1 To make the cranberry simple syrup, bring water, sugar, and cranberries to a boil in a small saucepan. Boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

How to Make Cran-Orange Gin-Gin Mule

Step 2 Muddle orange wedges and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add 4 ounces of the cranberry simple syrup and gin. Shake for 20 seconds.

Step 3 Pour mixture into two ice-filled high ball glasses. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with orange peel and mint sprigs.
