Charred Sweet Broccoli with Pancetta and Parmesan

Do your kids turn their noses up at broccoli? Make them give broccoli a second chance by serving up some exquisite Charred Sweet Broccoli with Pancetta and Parmesan!

Featuring a base of tender, tasty veggies topped with cheese and melt-in-your-mouth meat, this dish is the perfect way to elevate your dinner.


– sweet broccoli – parmesan cheese – pancetta  – salt and pepper Dressing: – balsamic vinegar – mustard seeds – cred pepper flakes – sugar – thyme leaves – olive oil


Cook the pancetta or bacon in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.


Drain on paper towels, set aside skillet and remaining fat for cooking the Artisan Sweet Broccoli.


Cook Artisan Sweet Broccoli using the reserved fat, turning every 1-2 minutes until charred and soft.  Season with salt and pepper.


Add Artisan Sweet Broccoli to medium serving bowl. Sprinkle cooked pancetta or bacon and parmesan over it.


Serve to plates and then top with dressing as desired.
