– Naturipe® Blueberries – Yogurt – you can also use oatmeal or porridge – Mango
Step 1 Start by cutting the mango into a plank – no need to peel! Cookie cutters make this really easy if you have them on hand.
Step 2 Next, spread the yogurt onto a plate or shallow bowl. Using the bottom of the spoon, spread the yogurt into an oval shape to create the belly of a penguin.
Step 3 Then, start placing your blueberries around the belly to create the shape of the penguin.
Step 4 Create the eyes with a dollop of yogurt or frozen yogurt blueberries, and add the mango slices for the beak and the feet.
Step 5 Next (and completely optional), you can cut a fruit strip for added detail to the eyes and head.
