Blueberry Ice Cream Bread

Ingredients

North Bay blueberries
washed and rinsed
1 1/2
cups
SELF-RISING Flour
1
pint
vanilla ice cream
super soft, melted
1/2
cup
Multi-colored sprinkles
for topping
Instructions
Add softened ice cream to a large mixing bowl.
Add inSelf-Rising Flour and mix well.
Fold in pint of blueberries.
Line loaf pan with parchment + Nonstick spray.
Top with sprinkles.
Bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes.
Cool, cut and enjoy!
