Ingredients
Vinaigrette
1/2cupbalsamic vinegar
1/4cup tahini
1tablespoonDijon mustard
1wholelemonjuice
1teaspoonhoney
1teaspoongarlic powder

2packagesTanimura & Antle Artisan® Lettuce
24figsstems removed and halved
1cuptoasted pecans
1cupcrumbled goat cheese
1/2cuphemp seeds
cracked pepperto taste

Instructions
Add all of the dressing ingredients - balsamic vinegar, tahini, mustard, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a mason jar. Shake until dressing ingredients are mixed.
Cut off the stems and half or quarter the figs, depending on size, and set aside in a small to medium bowl.
In a large salad bowl, use tongs to toss all of the Tanimura & Antle® Artisan Lettuce with half of the vinaigrette.
Place the figs on top of the salad.
Drizzle the salad with the remaining half of the vinaigrette.
Sprinkle the pecans, goat cheese, and hemp seeds evenly over the top.
Optional: Sprinkle a few grinds of cracked pepper and a few pinches of sea salt on top.

To thin out your dressing, add a teaspoon of water at a time and shake before adding more to get your desired dressing consistency.
