Instructions
First, wash and dry your strawberries. Then, cut off the top and the bottoms of the strawberries. This will help them stand up and have a flat surface to place the "cap."
Next, melt your chocolate melting wafers. You will dip the smaller side of the strawberry into the melted chocolate, about 1/4 of the way down on the strawberry. This will create the base of the cap. Let it dry before you add the chocolate square on top.
Right below the melted chocolate, add on the candy eyes. Use the melted chocolate as the "glue."
Then, it's time to add the "cap." Place a small drop of melted chocolate on the back of a chocolate square. Next, put it on top of the melted chocolate side of the strawberry. Hold in place for 5-10 seconds. Let it dry.
Finally, you will melt white chocolate. Add it to a baggie. You can add food dye for desired color (we suggest using your grad's school colors). Mix in a bag. Snip the tip of the bag, and pipe the tassels starting on the top of the chocolate square.
