Dandy® celery
cut on the bias

shaved/sliced thin

shaved Parmesan cheese

Garlicky Lemon Vinaigrette

red wine vinegar suggested*
Juice + zest from 1 lemon

Instructions
Toss the celery and fennel together with 3 oz of parmesan cheese. Layer on a platter.
Drizzle with vinaigrette.
Top with remaining Parmesan cheese and toasted walnuts.
